The Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA) is the premier body for the recruitment industry across Australia and New Zealand. They exist to drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices, promote ongoing learning & development opportunities and set the benchmark for industry professional standards.
All members of the RCSA are bound by their comprehensive “Code of Professional Conduct” that defines operational standards for members and is underpinned by detailed dispute resolution procedures. Younity are proud to be a member of the RCSA, with all of our staff committed to upholding the code of professional conduct and fully supporting their work.

Te Uru Tāngata Centre for Workplace Inclusion is New Zealand’s national body for workplace diversity and inclusion. Formerly known as Diversity Works they exist to help organisations embrace all aspects of diversity and inclusion, becoming stronger and more successful through positive action. Younity joins 400 other organisations working to build more inclusive workplaces all around New Zealand.
